Is your dog a table breed? Smaller breeds are examined by the judge on a table rather than on the ground. If you're not sure, pick the last option — I'll look it up.
Have you shown before? This helps me pitch the class at the right level.
Which days work for you? Classes run one hour. Check every option that could work — the more you check, the better the odds I land on a day you can make. I'll confirm the exact start time once I see what most people prefer.
